ILT Project Management
As part of the course IT5160: Managing ILT Projects, I engaged in a simulated bidding process for a fictional project at a fictional health services company. The team was responsible for analyzing the business and its needs and then completing a comprehensive proposal that was presented to the fictional company with the goal of winning the bid for the project. The proposal included a client agreement, learning plan, and client presentation. The learning plan included a formal written proposal, budget report, resource projection, and project plan. These items are included below.

Competency 9: I helped manage this project as part of a three person team. Each team member was equally responsible for creating the agreement, plan, and proposal included below and for ensuring that the project's fictitious timelines and requirements were achieved.
