Action Research Project
As part of the course IT6720: Research in Information and Learning Technologies, I conducted an action research project for my employer. This project focused on defining success measurements and identifying existing data sources for those measurements within my organization. This data would then be used to implement more robust evaluations of the organization's training programs.
