I am a leader in Learning and Development with 16 years of relevant work experience including management, instructional design, technical training and television and radio production. Most recently I have immersed myself in instructional design, via study and practice, with a focus on implementing emergent technologies in course design that can enhance and enliven learning environments. To further sharpen my skills, I completed a Master of Arts in Information & Learning Technologies, Instructional Design & Adult Learning at the University of Colorado Denver.
